What do you mean?

Once upon a time, we helped out a company that had been let down badly by their design agency. Two days before a major product launch, their brochures arrived with a number of serious factual errors. When it came to a quick reprint, the agency drew a blank, leaving them high and dry.

Could we save the day, they asked? All it took was a couple of phone calls and we had it sorted, making for one over-the-moon new client, and one ex-agency with egg on its face.
