Job Vacancy Digital Marketing Account Manager

We’re here again. FDC seems to be continually growing and we are looking for a motivated digital marketing account manager. The Digital Marketing role focuses on keeping all of our clients happy and securing new customers too.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Following up all designated sales leads via telephone and email
  • Ensuring all client enquiries are dealt with in a prompt and efficient manner
  • Proactively dealing with all enquiries from clients to ensure all revenue and sales opportunities are maximised
  • Managing a portfolio of key accounts
  • Forecasting, planning and estimating
  • Dealing with all aspects of a campaign
  • Attending client meetings

Skills you’re going to need to have:

  • Previous experience of working a digital marketing or sales role (marketing experience is an advantage)
  • Excellent telephone manner and written communication skills
  • Organisation and attention to detail
  • Good ‘people skills’ (We’d like to have someone happy energetic and friendly) working with a range of clients and colleagues
  • Revenue, target & sales focused
  • Drive and motivation for meeting targets
  • Ability to work on your own initiative and manage your workload
  • Proficient in using MS Office and be willing to learn new skills
  • Confidence in making presentations and networking (you meet lots of new and interesting people in this role)
