Working alongside Dale, Glen and Conchita, Jo supports the day-to-day operations of the business. Jo’s responsibility includes preparing financial information, maintaining and managing customer databases as well as ensuring that the company affairs are kept in order and are up-to-date.
Jo has an NVQ L2 in Business and Administration and has previously worked as a personal assistant for 6 years. She has also been a Marketing and Communications assistant for 2 years.
