As a child, Conchita's two passions in life were animals and the performing arts; she grew up hoping to become a veterinarian, while dreaming about Broadway. Her first job was as a voluntary veterinary assistant aged nine.

With over six years' experience in marketing through the home improvement and optical industries Conchita has learned that to be an effective sales person you have to believe in the product or service you are offering. From this stems the desire to help people overcome whatever problems they are experiencing, and find the right solutions for them.

Alternatively, not spending enough time on the brand's identity and its USP (unique sales point) is a big sales downfall:

Her greatest achievement to date has been helping develop and market the new eyewear collection for Radley London, released in mid-2011.
