Founded in April 2010, Potential Organisation bring together the best of the public service and private enterprises for the benefit of young people. They do this by developing partnerships between business and industry, both locally and nationally; in some cases they create a lasting bond between youth groups and local and national governments to provide future options for the younger community.

Need: To develop a new website and rebrand

Need

Potential Organisation needed a new website designing, which would have a content management system in place to make uploading information easier in future. The team ran a search into local design agencies that would be able to help them with the project, in the results FDC came up and Jess Atkinson from Potential Organisation thought that their portfolio best suited her needs.

Jess said: "We needed a design agency that was able to produce everything we wanted, FDC didn't need to outsource anything which appealed to us, it was all under one roof. Our initial plan was that we needed a new website that would make people interested in what we do.

"Being a not-for-profit organisation, we had a budget and it had to be met. We also needed a site that gave off a professional yet welcoming image."

Solution

FDC's team of specialists worked with Potential Organisation to create a website that was both aesthetically pleasing and offered all the relevant information that users need.

Since the completion of the project it's been an exciting time for everyone involved, they now have a professional and informative website that promotes the good work that Potential Organisation do.

The website has been live for around a month and the team at Potential have a sense of pride in their professional and interesting website, as it promotes the company in a positive way.

Jess added: "FDC handled the project well, there were the usual hiccups along the way but they smoothed the bumps out and made sure that the product was ready for when we needed it, for that we are very happy. After the initial budget was in place, FDC pointed us in the direction of other requirements we would need, due to these additional extras the budget did increase.

"We are pleased with the overall outcome, we would like to work with FDC again if the project required them, and the same goes to recommending them in future. If the project suits it, FDC are the people to call. They are a young company and if they continue to move forward and keep improving their customer service then I will be certainly giving them another call."
