Company background: KSF Global Ltd is a retail services and project management company founded in 2006, which specialises in the design and manufacture of Point of Purchase (POP) displays and store fixtures.
KSF Global utilises quality, cost-effective manufacturing facilities, primarily from China, working with a broad range of partners in the industry, from manufacturers in Europe to warehousing and installation companies worldwide.
Business for KSF Global Ltd has flourished in the last five years as the company has steadily emerged from a strong business model to an international success story with its continuing ethos to be 'Glocal': being global; behaving local.
Need
KSF Global required a whole new company rebrand, and needed a new website concept, comprising of web design, development and copywriting services. After seeing FDC's portfolio KSF Global recruited the Leicestershire full service design agency to complete the whole package in one stop.
Stepheny Kau, Business Development Executive at KSF Global, said: "Initially it was for the website and we were doing a rebranding process with everything you'd imagine like marketing literature."
Solution
FDC's team of specialist web, sales and marketing experts worked closely alongside KSF Global, from the initial brief in August 2010, and over the ensuing months, to ensure that the project was fulfilled as KSF had clearly envisaged.
The finished website, which is clean, slick and modern in design, launched in January 2011, and clearly outlines KSF Global's products and services, with case studies and a colour gallery of portfolio images.
The website also features a company profile, a news section, frequently asked questions, a call back form and information on the brand, the retailer and traders.
Kau continued: "The communication was good. We did speak to each other quite often. They were very helpful. It definitely was good to have Tori and Alex on it as well because obviously with the website, trying to get everything done on time they were very helpful in trying to meet our demands."
